Summer is a time when many teenagers take a break from the stressful life of school and turn to relax, spend time with friends whether that’s going shopping, eating out, or focusing on personal goals. For this 2026 summer season many teens differ in their plans and how they want their summer to look. But there is no denying that summer is a fun time for teens to kick back and relax after another stressful school year.

Many people have different plans for their summer Viannei Perez plan is, “to be outside with the wind.” Viannei explained that this summer will be very different from last year because “Last summer I was inside playing video games and eating now I’m outside.” One of the biggest things Viannei is looking forward to is “all the pool parties.” Although Viannei admitted that money could be a challenge, saying, “I face the challenge of having to pay for all these activities but ill just beg my mom,” there is still excitement about making the most of the summer. Viannei also shared that recent events affected plans after “getting in trouble at a party and having to call my mom.” Despite that setback, Viannei hopes others “would love to be around me because ill make sure they have a lit time.” Viannei’s advice for the summer is “dont plan just live in the moment.”

Teens have goals and aspirations they want to do during their summertime. Korina’s plans for the summer are “My summer plan is to sleep as much as I can and go bowling at South Point.” Many teens want to make their summer better than their last Korina explained that this year is different because “i did basically nothing last summer so im trying to live it up this year and its my last year before going to college.” The thing Korina looks forward to the most is “taking a break from the school stress.” But Korina hopes the summer will still have a positive impact, especially by helping achieve the goal of learning how to drive. Korina said, “I hope my summer activities, by the end of it, I can drive.

In conclusion the summer season is an exciting time for teens. Where they can enjoy their lives and childhoods hanging out with family and friends. Without having to stress or worry about the stress that school brings.
