Home Alone
There was a vote between ten students to decide the best Christmas movie at Liberty high school. The vote came out unanimously, and the best Chismas movie was Home Alone. Home Alone comes in at first because it keeps its viewers entertained with its whimsical humor and loving story. The students said “ Home Alone blends a great deal of family fun with an engaging story, memorable characters, and touching moments.”The students love how an eight year old boy has to protect his house from two robbers with only his wits and a house full of booby traps.
The movie starts out with a boy named Kevin Mcallister wishing that his family would despair. His wish came true the next morning because his family accidentally left him in New York when he was supposed to be in Paris. He is left to fend for himself when the “Wet bandits” are trying to rob his house. The movie ends with Kevin finally appreciating his family and never wishing them gone again. Home alone is one of the greatest Christmas movies ever to be put on screen. It was rated the best movie in nineteen ninety nine. If you haven’t seen this movie the people at Liberty highly recommend it.
