Pumpkin Patch Season Is Near

The pumpkin patch is finally back in season! The pumpkin patch is a great attraction for all ages so everyone can enjoy it.

Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch in Silverado will open back up on October 5th and will close on October 31st. Monday-Friday they will be open from 4pm to 9pm, on the weekends they will be open from 11am to 9pm. On Halloween day they will open for 9 hours which is from 12pm to 9pm.

The pumpkin patch is a great place to spend time with your family and friends because they have festive foods that you can enjoy,games, carnival rides, and more. When asking Julianna Crawford what she was looking forward to at this year’s pumpkin patch she stated, “The rides.”

When asking Ja’vonna Payete what her favorite ride was she stated, “The slide.”

Not only is the pumpkin patch fun for friends and families but if you are looking for a job the pumpkin hires people 15 and older. Ja’vonna explains to us,“It’s a good first job because it’s very social and they teach you a lot about working with people.” Are you excited for the pumpkin patch this year?

Hii! I'm a sophomore here at Liberty high school. This will be my 2nd year in journalism and 1st year as assistant editor-in-chief. In school I normally enjoying working on things involving photgraphy (especially sports) and journalism. Ouside of school I play softball and volleyball and on my free time, I like to hike, cook, and go out with friends.
