Halloween is just around the corner, and legends say that’s when the spirits like to come out and play. However, the argument of the supernatural has been debated about for years. Some people are called conspiracy theorists, while others may be called skeptics, but what are your thoughts? Do you believe ghosts are real?

While many may have different opinions on the supernatural, that doesn’t dismiss the unexplainable, I mean how would one describe the unexplainable? “Weather, Magnetism, just people playing it up for cameras, tricks by other people” says Talbot Harris. While Majority of those asked do believe in the paranormal, there are plenty of instances where many people may not have had anything spooky happen to them, so what makes it so rare? While unknown, the most spooky situation that we got was this: “When I was 5, my aunt took me to this haunted house, and she started tweaking. We think that she got haunted/possessed.” Kaden Young

Now when we think of ghosts, we tend to think of the fictional, scary, or evil spirits where their only goal is to possess people as a host, however, many fantasize of talking to the dead, but who? Well Some people wanna talk to someone famous, “I’d probably talk to a famous sports player, like uh, Kobe.” Gunnar Messenberg

Some others would say those they knew on a personal level, a family member, or a close friend, “I guess, simple answer, my grandfather, and why, because he was a military veteran and he didn’t get to share a lot of his stories.” Talbot Harris

Others would go based on curiosity, a combination of the two answers “My Dead Grandma, cause I’d want to know what she’s like, cause I never got to meet her, and I’d like to get to know her.” Gavin Foutz
