Ashton Jeanty is a junior running back for the Boise State Broncos. He is projected to go to the NFL after this season of college football. Up to this point Jeanty has proved himself as a great running back with his 126 carries, 1,248 yards and 17 tds. This is impressive because compared to his last season as a Boise State Bronco he had 220 carries, 1,347 yards and 14 tds.

The way Jeanty is performing so far this season has earned himself some recognition for a potential Heisman award. He has definitely has put his name on the candidates for the award. He started his season off with an insane stat line. 20 carries, 267 yards, 6 tds and an average of 13.4 yards per carry. That’s NFL talent in my opinion.

I asked a student at Liberty, Limu Harris about Jeanty and how he thinks the star running is doing. I asked him how he felt that he was doing so far and he said “I think that he is Heisman material.” I asked him if he thought Jeanty was NFL talent to which he responded, “Yes, if he can get on the right team.” The final question I asked was what team he thought he would get on and he said, “I think that he could go to The Cowboys or Raiders.”
