The Black Student Union is a club at Liberty that brings together a minority in the school and helps represent ourselves. This builds a strong community for black students to bond and be able to be together. Going to the meetings helps students become comfortable enough to go and talk about problems and racial issues that happen on campus. The BSU meets every other Thursday. There are 27 people in the club and 8 people on the E board. The Black Student Union helps bring Wetzel Pretzels to our school. They also make and sell merch to help endorse the BSU.
