On February 11th, the Super Bowl was filled with many watchers when the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs competed. However, those two teams were not the only ones who were on the field. Multiple pregame performances included the artists Usher, Reba McEntire, Post Malone, Andra Day, and the in-game DJ Kaskade.

Many people enjoyed Usher’s Super Bowl performance since “… he has good music, people from everywhere will come to the Super Bowl so that is cool.” – Anonymous.
At the Super Bowl, Usher, an eight-time Grammy award-winning singer, took the stage during the halftime show. Reba McEntire, a country Hollywood Bowl member, sang the National Anthem. Post Malone, a Grammy-nominated artist, performed “America the Beautiful.” Andra Day, a famous actress, sang “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Lastly, a new and first in-game DJ, Kaskade, performed throughout the Super Bowl. Originally, Tiësto was supposed to be the in-game DJ but didn’t go due to a family emergency.
Overall, people believed “the Super Bowl did have a good impact because we usually don’t have big events like that.” -Anonymous. Many people attended this large event and hope the next Super Bowl will be as good.
