Arilyn Hughey, an active NHS member, a player on Liberty’s Varsity Volleyball, and Class of 2025 senior. Her beautiful curls and contagious smile can be spotted from across the quad. Arilyn gives us a little more insight into her life and high school career to help us uncover who exactly is hiding underneath that spunky personality.

Arilyn displays many traits of intelligence and athleticism, but has many other hobbies too. “I do nails, I love to bake and cook and crotchet!” Of course Arilyn’s hands have the most beautiful intricate designs as she likes to show off her creative side. 

“My senior year has been nothing but fun, having the freedom, a car, and ability to see all my friends has been the best part of my senior year”. Arilyn Hughey has attended Liberty High School for all four of her years and is excited to move onto the next chapter in her life as she strives for her doctorate in college.

“Now I’ve got to be an adult a little bit, and I would say even if you’re not into school try your hardest. It can help with a lot of opportunities. Don’t try to make yourself fit in and be comfortable being yourself”.

While moving from high school is a big step, Arilyn Hughey’s shining personality is a glamorous example of hard work and perseverance.
