As the season and weather change, a few adjustments to outfits are made especially during the fall season. From wearing tank tops and shorts to cardigans and coats. For some it’s easier to pick an outfit to wear during the fall season than the summer season, which is understandable considering it’s not that hard to put on a shirt and a hoodie over it. Others may put more time and energy into picking out an outfit, but what exactly are we supposed to wear during the fall? A few do’s and don’ts for fall outfits are…
Do ditch the open toes. It’s about that time to put away the sandals and flip flops with your toes out, move on to boots and shoes, summer will come again!
Make your look stand out!
Whatever it is, your style tells the world about you!
-
Do go with the softer colors. Light/baby blue, a soft green, burgundy, autumn brown are all perfect colors made just for fall. Do not be afraid to show off the white, it’s the best cozy type of look to go for with winter coming up.
-
Don’t do the thins. It’s always best to layer, dress to be bold… not cold.
-
Do add your own style to it. Wear what you feel most comfortable in, even if that means wearing just a hoodie and sweatpants, go for it!
-
Don’t only stick with the dark colors.
-
Do bring out the hoodies, crewnecks, cardigans, coats, etc.
During this fall season, everyone automatically starts to wear heavier and thick clothing. Although the clothes we wear are meant to keep us warm it still never hurts to style it up a bit so you’re not only comfortable but confident!
